 Tour itinerary

Tour starts at 10 am. Our tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby.  Tbilisi city tour includes  both its historical and modern facets. Our exploration seamlessly integrates leisurely strolls, cable car journeys, and car excursions. Utilizing a private vehicle, we'll cover distances to reach significant landmarks while also meandering through the charming alleys of Tbilisi's historic district.

Our initial destination is Sameba Cathedral, an impressive complex situated on the left bank of the Mtkvari River. This location provides stunning panoramas of Tbilisi and the surrounding mountains. The tour duration is approximately 30 minutes. Following that, we'll proceed to the Metekhi Plateau, the site of Tbilisi's original royal residence. It's a picturesque pause overlooking Metekhi Bridge. From there, we'll make a brief visit to Rike Park, ascend Narikala Fortress via the cable car, and marvel at the city from its mountain summit.

Descending along a narrow path, we'll pass through Botanical Street, the Mosque, Legvtakhevi Waterfall, and the sulfur baths of Abanotubani, where the city's historical roots are embedded. The sightseeing circuit continues along Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, and Republic Square. Next on the itinerary is the open-air museum of ethnography, showcasing examples of folk architecture and craftsmanship from various regions of the country. Named after Giorgi Chitaia, a Georgian ethnographer who established the museum on April 27, 1966.

Our final destination is Mtatsminda, the sacred mountain. We will take a Mtatsminda Funicular - a tram ride takes us to the summit of Mtatsminda mountain, home to the Bombora amusement park. A tranquil evening stroll through the park unveils breathtaking panoramic views. An optional detour to Mtatsminda Pantheon is available.

In the evening, our chauffeur will take you back to the hotel.
